"Had a great experience at GameStop just recently today all the employees were of great help especially being as busy as they were. They were very accommodating to everyone waiting in line although there was a customer waiting away from the line who was trying to get help ahead of everyone else and got annoyed at the employees and walked out of the store. Very rude of him even though the employees still tried to help him ahead of others."

"Went inside GameStop today and the Staten Island mall, and the only associate on the floor was by the name of Alyssa. There were three customers in front of me, by the time the person that was directly in front of me was helped by another associate, Alyssa was done with her customers and made me wait and proceeded to talk to a third associate as if I wasn’t waiting in line. The second associate was the one who helped me or tried to help me after she was done with her customers and that’s when I walked out the store because dude to me waiting in line and Alyssa seen me walk inside the store and the third associate also, who was Alyssa talking to look at us as well. That was very unprofessional. For the manager, check your cameras and see if I’m lying"

"Im done with Staten Island gamestops. Especially Staten Island mall and forest avenue. I sent my girlfriend to trade in stellar blade about 2 days after it was released,(about a week ago). Still a week later the website states it gives 19.25 to pros cash, yet she went in there an they argued with her that it was only 14.25 and wouldn’t give her the proper amount. This store is what you call a scam artist hidden under a big name. Now I went into forest avenue about 3 weeks ago a sold them a Nintendo switch with a few games and a controller which I was quoted 165 for an the employee handed me 145$. I never had issues like that before so I just left and went home. I went to put the money away and I noticed it was missing 20 so I checked everywhere to make sure I didn’t make a mistake. I let it go because I didn’t count it in the store but I still left them a bad review because it’s obvious the guy stole the 20 for himself he was alone. GAMESTOP LOST A LIFETIME CUSTOMER NOW."

"So I haven’t been to a Game Stop in ages but my 9 year old daughter asked to go in and check it out we found a game she wanted “Bluey” for the switch and we weee on the fence and Simone which let me tell you was so helpful and awesome helped us !! She went it of her way to get us one of the pre owned games from another store and went out of her way to let us know what the policies are around returns and just was so informative!! It’s been a while since I had such great customer service in Staten island alone and it was refreshing to see and witness thanks Simone see you next week!"
