Focus Camera

"Upset by handling of a recent order and lied to by customer service. On Friday 7/12 at 9:00am I placed an order on their website for a camera listed as in stock for two businesses days shipping, which I selected. Upon completion and being local I called customer service to inquire if the item was available in store as I would go to pick up at either location. The rep told me that the item was intact in their warehouse, so I’d figured I’d give them a few days to process. I checked 5:00 pm today 7/16 and still my order says processing which I thought odd as the item was in stock and confirmed at their warehouse location. Given that three business days had passed with no updates I decided to call customer service again, and the rep asked for my details and said that the order was waiting to come from a store and quickly tried to get off the phone…… I quickly called the rep out explaining I was initially told my item was in stock in the warehouse would be shipping the item that I could not pick up….. the rep was slightly perplexed and said “hmm looks like this might be on back order but I will check with supervisor and I promise I will get you an update before I leave today”…….. needless to say I did not receive an explanation. I am extremely disappointed because I ordered this item for a trip I have coming up on Saturday and I doubt I will receive the item anytime soon."

"Ordered a Nanuk case bundle through Amazon which was fulfilled by this store. It was supposed to come with another accessory, hence the bundle. Never received the accessory. I called customer service which told me to email them. I emailed and never heard anything back. Edit: They saw my review and reached out to solve the problem. Upgraded to four stars."

When I reached out to customer service, they had answers for my questions, help me figure out the setup and effectively communicated with me throughout the duration of the issue. My interaction with them was extremely helpful and they resolved the issue in a timely manner. Definitely I will be purchasing from here again. Thanks for the help!"

Not only did she provide me with a better fit for the heater I needed and made it an easy swap from my original purchase, I also purchased a guitar after learning what a wide variety of items they carry. I received it on time and Its quality sound and easy playability made it accessible to a seasoned beginner like me, sparking impromptu sing-alongs and creating lasting memories that made my cold spring days cherished for years to come. "Found just what I wanted at Focus Camera at a good price, but having it shipped to my location outside the Contiguous 48 States proved a challenge. Considerate customer service from Jessica at Focus; nothing but attitude from Kaya. No help from national Fed Ex. But in the end, the local fed ex worked with us to get camera in hand a week later than expected. Camera kit seems great. Still working it through paces."
