"They literally send non working products and try not to refund you. They are con artist and beware as they also are selling on Walmart. I’m not exaggerating when I say they are a scammers. They sent me a completely broken computer."

They post pictures of brand new devices, and they send you products that are beat up, scratched up, laptops with bent corners and rubber feet ripped. They stall the process to return the product, and get back to you to inform you that the return window has expired. They are a conning people out there. This is not how you do business. Hopefully this review helps somebody avoid buying stuff is sold by Zoom."

"They sent me a broken laptop and then discouraged me from returning it for a refund. Said they wanted to try to fix it instead, that didn’t work. So I returned it within 2 weeks of receiving it with receipt and they stopped answering me regarding my refund. So now the have the laptop and won’t answer me for my money back, it’s been weeks now. This company is a total fraud. They should be shut down."

"I was looking for a budget priced laptop. I have been a customer of Sears for over 20 years and have had always enjoyed great customer service. So when I ordered the laptop from them with a vendor of ZoomUSA I did not question the validity of the company. However, they sent a broken computer and will not contact me back after three phone calls and three emails. They require an RMA to return within 21 days. I have spoken to Sears and they are trying to assist me but ZoomUSA will not get back with them either. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM."

"They sell bad laptops. Falsely advertised as in good working conditioned. I recieved a laptop with a dead battery. They claimed they shipped a batter over 30 days ago. When they "don't sell batteries". They refuse to replace the battery, or refund my money. They no longer respond to my emails. And have no responded to my better business Bureau claim either. They will rip you off!!!!! Check out all the complaints with the bbb before buying anything from these scammers!"
