"Guys is a scammer! Bought an iphone11, he assured it was new but used, said the screen was original, and had warranty for a month if any issues arose. Went to use the phone and it wasn’t working, the screen kept on glitching. Brought it to the store within the month—- guy refused to fix even with the receipt and try to charge me more for him to fix it. Phone is out the box with no scratches just like he gave it to me. he said there was an error with the screen and refused to fix it since it was sold to us like that since we had not use the phone. He is absolutely the worse human being with horrible customer service! Even had the audacity to treat me poorly after I mention the warranty."
