"Beware of this store! My father bought a Samsung Galaxy S20 for $533, which had connection issues. They refused a refund, claiming they sent the phone to the factory for repairs but refused to provide proof. They exchanged it for a cheaper Samsung Galaxy A14 5G and charged an extra $150, lying about the price. When I questioned this, they rudely told me to speak to their lawyer if I wanted to complain. "Extremely unprofessional. Came to get a TV antena for my mom’s TV and you they were so happy to sell it to us but when it didn’t work they didn’t want to give my mom a refund. I explained there was no signa where she was located and they wanted to give my mom a store credit. Both men were rude and disrespectful. I’ve worked in retail my entire life. I ran multiple cellphone companies and I ensure to let customers know our return policy. This is why they go out of business. Never purchasing from them again."

THEY SOLD ME A REFURBISHED 5000 BTU AC FOR 200 DOLLARS. The sales associate never told me it was refurbished. THIS PLACE IS IN THE BUSINESS TO SCAM PROPLE. PLEACE AVOID!"
