"I needed a new phone and the store completely erased everything on my old phone before transferring the data so I had no backup on my phone with no pictures and no videos. If you’re gonna get a new phone don’t go to this Apple. I should’ve gotten an android."
"Terrible store. It doesn't matter if you have an appointment, you will have to wait an extensive amount of time and probably need to come back another day like I did. I went in for a battery replacement on a specific time and they couldn't do it because “there were too many customers”. Ok, so why do they put up availability if they know they can't keep up with repairs? I went back on another day and was finally able to get the replacement, only to get home and see my charging port is not working properly. Now if the charger barely moves it stops charging! I did not have this problem before bringing my phone to the store. Just like another review mentioned here, you bring your phone to get something fixed just to get something else damaged!"
"Terrible experience doing a trade in to buy a new phone. We sped first hour just to have them do a trade in. They ran into mysterious errors on their end and were unable to get the estimate for the phone. Then when that was done we went to do a transfer of the phone. That was a nightmare we were just waiting for 30 - 45 min for it to tell us an estimate. We ended up coming home and we got the transfer done in 20 min from start to finish. That means their network is subpar. A company which prides itself on experience this was horrible that you sped 2 hours in the store and come back frustrated. One saving grace for this was the staff was helpful and it was the technology issues. So kudos to them to help guide but I wish the experience was more seamless to purchase the phone."
"I just came here to say that Gary is freaking awesome! If you ever have to go to the Apple Store and Gary is the one helping you out rest assured that you will be 1000% taken care of complete transparency and enjoy every minute of your experience. Gary made sure we got exactly what we wanted and worked as fast as humanly possible while making the experience enjoyable with 2 kids under 2. Not only is he very knowledgeable and skilled at his job but he is very friendly and easy to talk to. Gary if you’re reading this thank you so much you are the absolute best!"
"The worst managed Apple Store I’ve ever seen. To simply scan and receive an iPhone, after booking a time slot, they still left people waiting for 40mins + This is not on launch day. I had the opposite experience with other Apple stores. Also, the line was not long enough to justify such a long wait for a simple pickup. Finally, instead of being overly nice and welcoming as usually Apple Store employees are, these seemed bored/dismissive/annoyed. Before entering the line I asked twice “how long does this line take”? And the employee answer was “I think pretty fast. You were allowed to line up an hour before”. Oh well, the Apple website said I had a 15 mins slot just for my pickup, and the employee says I should have lined up an hour earlier? I see the last 4 reviews have 1 star. Go somewhere else if you can, and save yourself the parking ticket too. My questions are: who manages this Apple Store? If the 1:30 slot delivered at 2:15, what happened to the 1:45 slot?"
