"Thieves!!! tomorrow will be the fourth time I’m going there for a AC. I kept telling the shady salesman that I do.not want a refurbished air conditioner and every time I got home I discovered the AC was in fact used already with screws inside a sandwich bags. At this point I want all my money back or imma have to call law enforcement!!!! And I’m actually looking for corporates number!!! The AC box also says cancer and reproductive harm!!!! WHAT!!!!!! I’m done!!’ Hasta Mañana!!! I won’t even sleep over this. Packing this cancer box up as I type this review… funny part is the big guy been working there for over 20 years when it was just a phone store. I remember him from when I was a kid shopping for flip phones on the boulevard…. So how would you turn from being a staple in the community to a shady, lying, thieving salesperson!!!!!"

"I just bought a microwave and I get home is not the same microwave I picked and paid for. Now I'm calling the number 718/974/0378, and no one is answering the phone. I'm am returning back there microwave. I'm done with the scaming people"

"Stay away from this place they are nothing but thieves. I brought my laptop there to replace the screen and was charged 140 was told I would get a call the following day to get an update on my laptop. I never recieved the call so I went there to pick up my laptop to take it somewhere else where the price was a lot cheaper and they would be able to repair it right away. When I went the laptop was not fixed and when I request to take it back I was told that they took it part. Why take it apart when you know you do not have the part to repair it? I went two again to pick up my laptop and had to leave because the laptop would not turn on granted the owner was about to give the laptop knowing it is not coming on and when I request he is gonna tell me the battery is head when the laptop ribbon was removed and not replace so I told him i would return the next day when the laptop is charge and I can see that it was fixed. I went there the next day and was charged an additional 14 dollars so in total it's 154 to just replace a small hp laptop screen. Never again i will go to this place"
