"I bought a Samsung dishwasher last year and unit stopped working in January this year. Due to pandemic and service technician shortage it took 3 weeks for someone to come to my home and inspect it. It was determined that dishwasher valve was faulty and it was replaced under warranty. While repairing it technician discovered that large amount of water leaked and made damage to cabinets, floor and walls. I was provided with Samsung phone number to call and start the claim. I did and after two months Samsung paid for the damage so i was able to repair it all. After 4 months of not being able to use my kitchen fully it was all done but the dishwasher started leaking water again and i contacted Samsung again. Technician came to my house and changed the same valve again. To me it is clear that this unit has some issue and i don't feel like using since it will leak again and damage my cabinets, floor and walls. If it happens again i would have to pay for damage since my dishwasher is now out of warranty. I talked to Samsung customer care today and they said that unit is not eligible for replacement since it is repaired and now is out of warranty. I am not going to trust this dishwasher and have to get a new one. I feel that Samsung should replace it since it is same issue twice and started when unit was under the warranty. So far is called them five times and was told every single time that someone is working on my case and i will be contacted soon. It has been four weeks and no calls or emails form anyone. So we don't have a dishwasher for a month now."
"I purchased a sound bar and expected to receive a Wall mount Guide(template) to properly install it on my wall. After wasting 2 hours with customer service they informed me to call parts department to get the guide. The parts department does not carry them and never did and that Samsung only now supplies a template with microwaves, sound bars do not get any. I was to,d by customer service you need to hire a professional to install it. A company a large as Samsung has little regards for returning customers to not supply something as simple and as inexpensive as this. Makes me rethink on any return business in the future, I’ll go with a company more customer focused."
"Purchased a Samsung Refrigerator during a remodel in February of 2017 and had it installed in May of 2017. Within the first year we were having issues with the ice maker freezing over and then the ice could not empty in to the ice maker bin. While under warranty we had the ice maker replaced. For the last year every 3 weeks or so we have had to knock the frozen water down so the ice maker could make ice again. Now it has become so bad that ice is finding it's way down to the fan for the freezer and now the freezer no longer works. This is a KNOWN defect to Samsung and yet they will not authorize the ice maker to be replaced as it is 2 1/2 years old and not under warranty. 2 1/2 YEARS OLD!!! The freezer and refrigerator I have in my garage are each 20 years old and yet I do not have problems with them! My advice is DO NOT PURCHASE A SAMSUNG APPLIANCE!!! Go with someone like Whirlpool, GE or KitchenAid as they will last longer than 2 1/2 years. $3200 down the drain!"
"The Worst Customer Support Ever!!! 1 star is way too much for them! I have sent my phone to Samsung repair center on 06/20/2018 to fix a simple issue and have not received it yet which is almost 30 days. I have been contacting 1-800-Samsung for almost four weeks regarding my phone. The customer service reps are very unprofessional in handling this case. I have been waiting forever to receive my phone but no tracking number yet. I even talked to the customer service supervisor but she was not able to help me as well. They either hang up on me or do not call me back and every time I call they claim to be busy. I have been contacted from the office of the president as well but they could not help me as well. I will pursue the legal route for my lost phone. Meanwhile, I'd like to convince all my family and friend not to ever purchase a Samsung product."
"Do not buy any Samsung products. I had a dryer that was recalled and they have yet to compensate me. How are you a manufacture and take zero responsibility of defective products. Samsungs Exchange & Refund Department is a joke also. You promised verbally and in writing to reimburse me for the defective dryer but did not deliver. Instead what I found were tactics to delay and not deliver on payment. Were talking about for a $400.00 refund. I will not be doing business with Samsung again after this disappointing experience. Stand behind your products and customers in the future . I am not asking for a hand out , just simply for you to replace a defective product that you designed."
