Something is now wrong with the new phone I just spent 6 hours in the store getting and the only helpful staff were these nice 3 gentlemen."
"horrible store how do you go into a place to go purchase something or get a phone repair and then they tell you that you're not allowed to pay in cash it has to be a card payment makes no sense you guys rob people for $1500 phones don't accept cash makes no sense at all. We never do business here ever again switching to android. At least screens are 10 times better than these goofy iPhone screens no one there's iPhone screen repairs and not android ones."

"Went to the Apple in Willowbrook Mall for an appointment to fix our phone. We arrived few minutes early but the associate checked us in right away. After a few minutes, a specialist came and ran diagnostic on the phone. They determined it needed a hardware repair for the camera. We got a 2 hour window to come back and pick up the phone. We came about 2 hours later and the phone was ready for pick up. The camera blur issue was fully fixed. While the diagnostic took place I wandered around the store. It has all Apple products on display, excellent inventory. The associates are very friendly, constantly asking customers if they need assistance. I also saw an associate doing an open session for doing drawings with Apple Pencil. I was really impressed with this store."
