"Bought 2 DJI Mini 3 + accessories off their eBay store “drone superstore”, I received only one drone. When I contacted them through eBay, their employee Mickey told me I was scamming them and that I received both drones. Mickey also sent me serial numbers for the drones which he said I activated. After contacting DJI, they confirmed only the one drone I received was activated. The weight of the package was a little over 3lbs. The shipping weight on the shipping label was 4lbs. If they had actually sent 2, the weight would have been double. After sending this to Mickey, I was then told he would be contacting my local PD to inform them of my scam. Please save yourself some time, and headache. They have 6 different phone numbers that all connect to the same phone in their office. But yet you can only talk to Mickey through eBay messages. If you try to ask for him, they will refer you back to using eBay. Also he is able to get his negative reviews removed off of eBay. For a week I witnessed people’s negative reviews being removed off their page including mine."

"I don't understand all the bad reviews everyone is giving these folks I had no problem with my online eBay order from these guys and the DJI Mavic 3 classic fly more combo I ordered arrived exactly as described. I will say that their return policy is kind of garbage but that's also true with just about everyone else."

"I concur! Do not buy anything from this company or Flysafe CR on Amazon. They stole my money and claimed false damages. I asked repeatedly for proof of damage from the flight records. They refused, instead sending me a picture of a generic drone that could have been fished out of a dumpster. I personally called DJI for a copy of the flight records and they informed me there was no record of damages. I'm still out $922 and had to file a claim against them. Please be aware, this company is under investigation with Amazon!"

"These people literally steal your money. I requested a return and refund and they accepted my drone and charged me a 100% restocking fee.. the same amount of my refund..They never called me or contacted me and had to do my own digging via Amazon. They now have my money and my drone and won't respond to emails. It's literally stealing and they should be avoided on Amazon and any other platform they sell on."

"BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! I ordered a drone from Amazon and 10 minutes after I ordered I tried to cancel! I left several e-mails to company. Seems they ignored my request, charged my CC and is shipping out my drone. I told them I would refuse delivery, but it seems if someone does this they will charge shipping both ways! I sent at least 5 different communications to them within 10 min to an hour and all went ignored!!"
