T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

"My name is Jason My wife went to this store in March to upgrade her phone; we have been with sprint/t-mobile for many years. All was great until the salesman in store employee id ends with id# 868 said to my wife since you have been along time customer we are giving you a free pad and a free I watch My wife told him no thanks, don’t want anything for free, he insisted that it’s all free and your bill will actually be lowered every month from like $252 to $247, my wife said ok When I got my new bill its was of course way more then usual, called t-mobile from my phone they apologized and said they will take care of everything and also call the store, the same store that doesn’t answer there phones anymore, Guess what? Bill is high again this month and no one cares at all, and somehow I have a 6th device on my account which I never asked for, It looks like after all these years we will have to consider switching phone service carriers, my wife got scammed in the store and we are both very disturbed by it I hope that someone will respond to us when should i expect you to answer your phone in that store? and what is your email so we can communicate?"

"I purchased 4 phone last September and I gave them 3 trade in phones, One of the trade in phones is not received by t mobile company. I called customer service like 8 months now. When I ask the retailer store manager he said everything looks good and try to manipulate bill, customer service representatives and store employee are trying to manipulate bills. I think they don’t know about how bill work or they trying to make fool us. Don’t go to store employee Joseph"
