"Although the workers helped me get shade matched, they ordered the wrong item to my college apartment which is two hours away and now it is my problem to deal with. My college is about an hour away from another Sephora and the only way to do an exchange is in person, according to the general Sephora customer service policy."

"I go here often. My only complaint is they literally HOUND you about their closing time starting a half hour before and then force you out right on the dot. I get it. You want to go home. I work 70 hours a week. Got it. But to hound us from the time we get in until the MOMENT we leave 4 different workers over and over following you around the store is nothing short of rude and excessive!. We watched them leave the store at 6:05. Sunday. Closed at 6. Not so bad."

"Everytime I come to this location the associates are super helpful. I came today asking questions about a formulation of a perfume. Gigi, Honore and Mia are very knowledgeable about their products and are eager to help. I appreciate there patience and knowledge. If you need to know anything about the products being purchased head to this location!"

"I wanted to like my visit, but after thinking about it a bit, I just didn't. I went looking for three, specific items. I asked for them and immediately the associate asked me why I wanted those specific things. I said that I wanted them because I like them. I also said I wanted to have color matching done. The associate showed me her recommendations for alternate items, never the items I requested. Then at my insistence, she finally admitted the store does not carry one of them. And convinced me to get three completely different items, because the other two which they did have, she didn't like. The colors she chose were way off. She never did the color match for me or the friend I went with. I also asked about BB cream, and she said that was an old item. A few of the things I asked for she commented were, "old." I'll be returning my products to a different location, and buying what I ACTUALLY went to to the store for. If you are reading this and work at this store, please listen to the customer and get what they ask, and then you can offer alternatives. I was very put off and most likely will not revisit this location. Now i have to take the time to return stuff, and didn't have what I wanted for the event that I went to. Very disappointing."

"Such an Amazing location and team! I walked in on grand opening and was greeted by two lovely ladies at the front of the store. The store is so clean and the Beauty Advisors were so helpful. Yessi was one of them, she took the time to help me out with some products and explained everything in detail in Spanish! Very excited to continue shopping here!"
