"I'd like to initiate by saying that the representative Joe at the Dunkirk, NY location couldn't be more of an exemplary perfect employee! I walked in with more than the average share of difficulty, issues and time consuming challenges and he could not have been more friendly, helpful, thorough, professional, patient and knowledgeable! I literally left that store having an entirely optimistic and positive outlook not only on Cricket but also with customer service representatives in general. He went far above and beyond the relm of a customer service rep and the entire time he was extremely patient and understanding helping to put my mind at ease. He also went above and beyond to save me as much money as he possibly could while assuring that I received the service I needed. He deserves so much recognition because you do NOT find these types of employees everyday! Any company that has him definitely has an asset on their hands and I can only hope they realize this. Joe has truly given me an amazingly positive outlook on Cricket. I couldn't be more grateful!"

"My cell blew up yesterday, well not literally, but... 3 hrs later the keys were so stuck, I thought I'd break the screen. 1 hr today & I quit. Back to my fav Cricket store. Didn't realize the store didn't open for another 20 min, but CARMEN let me in. 3 hrs later, I decided enough! We picked a new phone and she got it switched, etc. What a treasure!
