"Let me just start by highlighting the amazing person that helped me during my visit. Her name was Kiara and she was genuinely such a sweet and supportive person during my visit. She went on and beyond and truly was my support system during my search for a new pair of glasses. I know we all get really nervous when picking a new pair of glasses due to the endless amount of options but she sat down with me and went one by one while giving me suggestions and advice on what fit my face better. Literally my experience here was truly unmatched with any other place I’ve gone to before and I would recommend this place, not just for the amazing doctor that did my eye exam, but also for their truly supportive team that helps you out during the rest of the process. I also got trained by Kiara for contacts and was so patient with me while I squirmed trying to resist the urge to close my eyes. I truly do thank everyone here for making my visit so wonderful. If you plan on coming here, you won’t regret it. Love you Kiara!"

"When I arrived, I asked for guidance to the lowest-cost frames. The associate pointed to the $200 Coach frames. They were in the corner, by the $150 Michael Kors frames and the $130 Ralph Lauren frames. I insisted that I was looking for a lower price. Then Jill offered to help me. She brought out a box of frames from an employee storage area. Two met my further criteria: short and rectangular. I really liked one of them. With basic, single-vision lenses and tax, they were only $99! I'm delighted!"

"On March 27th 2024, I went to LensCrafters on Erie blvd in Syracuse,N.Y. to replace a missing nose pad. The sales person who assisted me went beyond what I expected and he changed out the nose pad that was already there and placed 2 new ones . I wasn’t expecting this , it just goes to show you that exceptional, excellent customer service goes along way and he never charged me for it.. Thank you so much for what you effortlessly do . She did not rush me at all, was so patient, fixed certain info in my profile, explained different plan benefits for my family’s members, scheduled an app. And all of that was done in such a pleasant manner.
