"I never write reviews, but I'm so disappointed in this company. I ordered a large kennel and received an extra-large in error. I specifically needed the large to meet specifications for airline travel, and now I'm stuck without a safe kennel to travel with this weekend. I did an inordinate amount of research on which molded plastic kennel was the best, and I thought I had settled on the right one. The customer service team offered a refund but nothing else to rectify the situation. It doesn't seem like a complicated order to get right, and I'm generally disappointed with their apparent lack of quality control. I'm giving two stars because it did seem like a well-built kennel, albeit the wrong size."

"The new lockable kennel doors are awesome. The kennels are same great quality. The dine and dash are another great product from Dakota also."

"Decent product but if you need assistance you can expect no help from their customer service team. The door on my kennel broke less than a year after buying. I have had 2 employees commit to assisting me and then fail to make good on their commitment. I do however regularly receive emails asking me to buy more of their products. Maybe someone from marketing can move over to customer service."
