"I gave this location a few tries and have concluded it is a waste of time now on the morning commute. It’s in a great location but the level of service for those heading into work has got to be the slowest I have seen. It does appear to be the same crew every time. I assumed when the line wraps around the building it was just because everyone arrives at once. This happens a lot at this location and most times people just leave. After ordering 30 mins ahead with the app and finally getting to the window waiting over 20 min to hear them say they are still making a coffee and bagel minis? Multiple tries after this and then leading to today while waiting for a coffee and bagel minis and being the only one in line took close to 15 min. By the time I left my simple order had the line started once again around the building. Once again same crew working and they don’t apologize for the wait. It is faster to drive to the Circle K and use the self serve options and checkout then wait at this location and be aggravated and late for work. I can’t imagine many commuters allow for 30 plus minutes to grab a coffee in the morning."

"Stopped here on our 7 hour trip for some breakfast on 7/6/24 about 8:30am. The guy that took our order was very nice, super friendly. I wish I got his name but I wanted to give him a shout out it's nice to see some people still care a lot about their jobs. The guy that made our sandwiches was friendly too, he did a great job on my drink and the food was excellent. Over all great job at this dunkin location."

"My bagel was burnt and barely had any cream cheese on it. My coffee was ok, but I think they forgot the hazelnut flavoring. My bf loved the donut though. And the staff was super friendly."
