"Awesome service and awesome prices! After a heavy night of rain my basement flooded pretty badly. After a quick call Nolan showed up and quickly and efficiently solved my issues. He was very nice and didn’t try to sell me on services I didn’t need. I will definitely give them a call in the future if any more problem arise."

"Nice to your face,but very unreliable. My home serve water line insurance company sent them out to me to fix a clogged drain. They ran a camera down the line and said the pipe needed replaced because it was shattered. The insurance company requested more pics before they would approve the repair. Aaa damage control did 6 no call no shows. They would schedule me and then not show up to our scheduled appt. I would call the insurance who would contact them to reschedule. After the 6th no call no show I had the insurance company remove aaa damage from my case and assign me a different plumber company. The insurance company noted that they would be severing ties with aaa damage control due to their poor work ethic and unreliability. Horrible company, costed me 6 days of work pay because I had to call off work to meet them for our appts that the plumbers never showed up to. I only dealt with Nolan the owner. He was a little too friendly in my opinion. He mentioned that I looked too young to have teenage kids, he also asked if I was married as well as saying he would do extra work for free for me "to help me out". His behavior and advances were very unprofessional in my opinion, especially after promising so much and then delivering none of it. Huge disappointment all the way around."

"We had a very fun emergency situation where out sewer main was backing up into the basement like an extremely unintentional fountain. Really, it was great. We called AAA and they were excellent about it. They came out to look at it and were able to fix the issue there and then. Excellent service and the guys were extremely nice. Prices are great, too. Point is, AAA Damage Control were the perfect people to call. They were prompt, precise and fixed the problem. If I ever have plumbing issues that need fixed again, I know exactly who I'm calling, and you should too. 10/10 for service, time, price and awesomeness!"

"TLDR: make AAA Damage Control your first and only call. The owner, Nolan, came out for what I thought would be a simple sump pump replacement, but with each step another issue was revealed. As it would turn out, whoever did that system had done literally everything wrong. Crushed lime instead of washed gravel, solid pipe instead of perforated, improper wall board, cut away chucks of footer, and on. The system was actively preventing drainage and my house was in serious trouble. Nolan and his team started the very next day, tearing the old system out. They worked on a Sunday and got done a whole day ahead of schedule. Nolan explained every step, he and his crew were professional and courteous, and they all took great effort to ensure our 5 cats were kept inside while they went in and out of the house. All while doing an excellent job. AAA Damage Control will be the first place I call for myself in the future, and the first place I recommend to friends and family."
