"Above and beyond! Amazing food, amazing drinks, amazing plating!!! The service and the atmosphere was so perfect, The Exchange is my new all time favorite restaurant! Also, if you’re gluten free the options are incredible they even have a dedicated fryer so when they say GF they mean it. No detail is forgotten. We will definitely be returning!!!"

"We had a birthday party for my wife in the back room. A smart TV allowed for me to show videos with great clarity, resolution. We only had positive comments from all 17 of us. The staff was great. Sheila and all the waitresses did everything they could to make it special. Friendly, accommodating, top service. The cake was delicious from the bakery. Everyone liked their lunch meals. One even is considering having a future event there. Great place for a meal, great place for a special occasion party. Great job everyone!"

"I really enjoy being able to stop into The Exchange on my lunch breaks for something fresh and unique. The staff is always friendly and eager to discuss any specials or new additions to the menu. I love the build your own salad option, the BLT is phenomenal, and I just tried the new calamari app, which was hands down one of the best takes on fried calamari I’ve ever had (and I’ve had a lot). Just to give you an idea, the calamari was fresh, perfectly seasoned (super important to me), and lightly breaded with a nice crisp. The atmosphere is also beautiful and welcoming and let’s face it, a really lovely addition to the area. It’s nice to not have to drive 35-45 minutes for a finer dining experience. I hope that more folks will allow this newer restaurant to work out any kinks that come with opening any new restaurant and will continue to support local."

"Such a breath of fresh air for the Homer/Cortland area. Finally a higher scale dinner experience that is providing a great ambiance, friendliest staff and a great menu. We had a party in the back and it was perfect. Special thanks to Sheila and Heidi for doing such a fantastic job for the special occasion. I am looking forward to their progress on the dishes. Some of the offerings were outstanding. Some of the dishes have opportunities for added flavor with more spices and influences. I am very optimistic for the place to become “THE” place to dine at. "Visited on opening weekend. What a beautiful restaurant. Staff is eager and attentive. Food was great. Meatloaf and smash burger were the highlight. Also had soft cheese platter and croissant chicken salad. Great outdoor space. Cool vibe."
