KFC 3890 New York 281, Cortland, NY 13045

"I like KFC food, but will NEVER again waste my money at the Cortland location. I ordered ahead. Placed my order at 7:15 for an 8 pm pick up. Get there, foods not ready, sorry we don't have original recipe, but if you want to wait a half hour we can cook some fresh. Are you kidding me. I ordered to avoid this. EVERY time we go there it's, sorry we are out, we've shut everything down an hour and a half before we close. It's pathetic. NEVER AGAIN. I will eat a pb&j before that location gets another dime."

"Stay far away. $27 for 8 pieces and a soda. Ordered extra crispy. Not only wasn’t it this, but most pieces had no or thin mushy greasy breading. The breasts were pink and bloody inside, clearly a health hazard. Does KFC know about this place?"

"Took over 25 minutes to get my food, and they were not busy whatsoever; half the menu wasn’t even available due to it being “frozen.” Go any place else, just not this place. Way better food and faster service everywhere else. Never coming here again"

"doordash orders are always a disappointment. getting someone else’s order or getting yours wrong. leaving sauces out, forgetting pickles on sandwiches and wrong drink. first time it happened it was a minor inconvenience but at this point it’s happened 4 times and i’m concerned. also would love to not have to worry about salmonella when eating my food. got to the middle of the sandwich and it wasn’t even warm, and looked pink."

"i had to call the restaurant to make sure they had seen my grandmother because the food took so long i thought something bad had happened to her. she waited upwards of 45 mins for her order, with people ahead of her waiting even longer for theirs. it took workers about 15 minutes to even acknowledge that people were in the restaurant. something needs to be done about their customer service, i’m not one to complain as i have worked in restaurants and in hospitality, but that was ridiculous to say the least."
