"This place was well worth seeing,shopping and spending time with family.I have been shopping here for 15 years but recently it's been packed with security guards that does not do their job right I can't feel the same security and friendliness here anymore sure this mall is getting bigger but I'm also sure that it is lossing more customers like me day by day very disappointed. If you do want to go here and shop make sure to accept any rudnes that the stores staffs gives you tolerate it if not then they will call security guard on you and then you will be treated like a criminal and will be escorted out. Don't believe me try it yourself. ☺"

"My family and I always have a great time at Destiny USA. Tons of stores lots of activities and great food. Pricey but expected because it's a mall. The bathrooms are neat and clean and there are escalators and elevators to get from the first floor to the third. You may have to plan your trip accordingly because it is a pretty big mall. They even built a hotel across the street for tourists that come to shop."

"This is the best mall I ever went to. It is huge! I am pretty sure that is is the 5th biggest mall in the USA! And definitely the biggest mall in New York State! It has everything you need, from TJ Maxx to TGI Fridays, from five and below to wonderworks. This mall is 4 floors of greatness. All in all this is an perfect mall"

"This place is amazing. Wishing Teavana never left the mall though. The mall is well kept and maintain. House keeping need to respond to spills alot faster but they do a great job at cleaning the mall but need to shift focus to the bathrooms. Security is amazing. They are always on point keeping minors in check and responding to issues immediately. Great job pyramid group! Keep up the great work in providing fine dining and shopping in this crappy city!"
