"Have been here several times with my mother. She was struggling (going through a divorce) and needed to take out payday loans for months just to get by. These ladies are truly FABULOUS. They always treated my mom with respect and dignity. The are fair and fast. The only requirement of patrons is to have the documents needed upon arrival and they will get you out the door fast. Thank you ladies for helping my mom in her time of need - you guys are AWESOME!!!"

"In the world today it is hard to find genuine people who truly cares about the well-being of unfamiliar people especially people us of color such as myself. It is also wonderful not to feel judged as a Black man walking into establishment for the 1st time and was made to feel very welcome in instantaneously. I miss judged this place months ago all off a review. I felt defeated about my approval posabilities without making a call to ask for myself. Now 6 months after reading that horrible review thy lord lead me to the same place. I found it to be a place of organization and positive vibes. Oh I almost forgot to mention this establishment is the only place to approve my application and put funds in my hand and out the door in under 30 minutes. They truly help all. There online details instruction is very detailed and 100% accurate. Hard working people are put in hardship due to improper governing. So those of whom never had to live paycheck to paycheck are in need of the exact help and understanding this company used great professional skills no matter if it is on the phone or in person. Do not allow what other's say to discouraged yout judgements into further hardship.You're chances of retaining help are high when you do your research and not use misleading or false statements. Very low interest rates are also wonderful to experiences. Not one fib was on the website and perfect instruction for preparing prior to driving to them. "I was told 3 times I had to get Different information. I live in the Munhall area I had to go back and forth to be told No. The first day they told me to come back and closed early, and never picked the phone up I called over 20 times. The second day I was told to get another bill, I got the bill and I was told yes and started the process then I was told no because the bill was old. I go back to munhall, I come back with the same bill and its no again because my address was not on there. The two ladies working there was rude and did not care that I had all the right information. This was one of the worst days of my life. My car actually broke down in the parking lot."

"I was having an issue with my bank. Figured I'd go get my check cashed here until my banking issue was resolved. They charge 3% which wasn't bad. I had also used them in the past, without any issue. It was my turn, so I took my check to the person behind the glass. Handed them my check and drivers license. They look at my check, and transfer me to another employee(mind you all of the employees are black, and so is a majority of the customers). She looks at my check and tells me she won't be able to cash it. I told her i"ve cashed my checks there before. She said, "not ones from this company". Ok. That's fine. I would've walked away, had it not been for the lady that was up there before me. A black woman, who had NEVER cashed a check there. They cashed her check, and didn't ask any questions. I guess you have to be black to be serviced at this location. I plan on speaking to a lawyer about this."
