"Waited for over an hour to purchase a new phone for my father. 2 salesmen were working and the entire time was taken up by 2 customers. A group walked in and was taken immediately as I was told they had an appointment. When I asked if I would be seen in the next hour before the store closed - I was told probably not - they were short staffed. While I understand that staffing is a problem- why not let people know that so they are not sitting and waiting for nothing. The unprofessionalism and quite frankly lack of concern or value for my time was extremely disappointing. I have been a loyal customer for many years but will be reconsidering my position on cellular services."

"Basically every time I’ve been here at this Verizon we’ve had a great experience! I can’t remember the name of the person and I’m not sure if they want me to say their name on Google Maps. But this guy is absolutely amazing super polite super helpful and just all-around amazing! If you go in the store I wish I could say His name he’s pretty amazing! If I find his name I will change the post and put it in here because he really need to be recognized for his amazing help. It’s a pretty new store so it’s pretty nice inside. Only thing is the cleaning people did not do the greatest job cleaning up so there was dust the air and dust on the windowsills and cobwebs."
