"Sent them my head phones as sony request they quoted $137.00 repair +$20 to return the item back. I paid $7 dollars for shipping. When they recieve your item they ask for a card on file. Honestly for $160 dollars I can get a new set. I request they send me my headphones back and I would provide shipping. They told me there is a $7 dollar handling fee. This company is a sham send your electronic somewhere else."
