"Our cat dislocated his back leg. Dr. Sumney attempted to put it back into place... but it wouldn't stay. Surgery was scheduled. After I dropped off our cat for surgery I got a phone call from the doctor. She didn't think surgery was necessary because he was walking pretty well and his body might be able to adjust on its own. She said if he still needed the surgery later, it could still be done. The decision was left up to me. He didn't have the surgery and is doing quite well. I tell you this because I didn't know this doctor and yet she didn't just go ahead and do an unnecessary surgery to make money. She was very knowledgeable and kind. She truly put our cat, and his owners, first. I highly recommend the animal medical center for your pet's care!"
