"Disappointing. Scheduled a week in advance for an appointment on a Monday after 2pm (which I would be leaving work early for). Got a confirmation that they would be out between 12:30-2:30pm, so I called them back to tell them that that would not work. They assured me that they would make it work. Monday rolls around and the guy shows up at 12:39 (obviously no one home), and when they called me, I repeated that no one would be home until after 2pm, and then they told me that they couldn't make that work, and tried to reschedule me for another time. No thank you."
"The diagnostic testing was incorrect. The man said that the oven needed a $150 part (mother board)when it really needed a $15 part (Temperature sensor). I am assuming he did this in order to make a profit considering the quote to replace the $150 part that didn’t even need replaced was going to be $500. So I went out and bought a motherboard based on his recommendation. Only to find that the motherboard was working perfectly fine and the temperature sensor was what needed replaced. so it was a waste of time and money a big waste of money- more than if I would left them out of the equation, but I asked for help because I’m a nurse not an oven repair man End of story : NOT trustworthy When Confronted with the situation, they offered no resolution"
