"The Small business Administration is a real joke! I applied for a disaster loan and was denied because they said I was late filing! This is not true, the deadline was November 22, 2022. I filed November 21, 2022 @ 11:42 am and called all day because the 4506-c portion of the application would not load! I called all day trying to get assistance! This is not fair, circumstances beyond my control is your system not working correctly"
"The representatives are RUDE. I started off with Anthony, then David, and lastly Mario with him being the worst. I couldn't hear exactly what he was saying so I repeated his statement only for him to rudely remark, "That's why I said...." I hope I never have to call and ask how to change my address or what my state code should be to log in. Sarcasm + rudeness= a training opportunity."
"After seven months of patiently waiting and taking out loans on every personal thing I own I received a decline letter for the EIDL loan stating that they did not believe that Covid cost me money even though I was not able to even operate for more than five months did not make money for seven months. I have lost over $600,000 this year due to Covid I’ve only made 175,000 and I am in debt up to my eyeballs. I also found out a decline does not really mean decline it may mean that they need additional information. Which I Gave them. Just to get the same old runaround of they can give me no information just watch your email. Absolute insanity. It seems to me they are not really for small businesses. Seems to me they give the loans two large businesses that I don’t even understand how they can apply to the SBA since the SBA is supposed to represent small businesses!"
"They do not care about actual small businesses like mine with no employees. When you call for information or help, all they do is send you links to review information and refer you to other places. They are giving money to other businesses because mine does not matter. I do not trust anyone."
