"Where do I begin. I had JC out to my house and agreed to his total landscape package, which included weekly grass cutting, shrubs trimming and weed management of our beds. Additionally, I agreed to have them mulch our beds for $2200, which they did a good job. As for the grass and weeds, this was not as advertised. I originally received a flyer which said $36 a cut. When we met, he said that he couldn’t honor that price. I still moved forward against my better judgement. I asked for him to bag the grass and he said that unless there was a lot of grass there would be no additional charge. That changed because he wouldn’t show up regularly which caused longer than normal grass. My last bill was for $45 to cut the grass and $20 to bag. They wouldn’t show up regularly and I found myself having to continuously reach out to remind him the grass was long and beds were full of weeds. I was working from home one day they were out and saw them using the weed whacker to clear the weeds instead of spraying/pulling them. The other issue was when we had our initial meeting, I made it very clear that if the grass doesn’t need cut, to not run the mower over the yard just to send me a bill. I saw this firsthand and when I confronted the gentleman cutting the grass, he said that JC gets mad when he skips a cut and if it were his yard, he wouldn’t have cut it. Needless to say, that was the end of Central Lawncare. Unreliable and dishonest is the best way to describe these guys."
