"We are ecstatic with the transformation of our basement. There is no more water or mold and they were even able to replace our basement windows. This crew was professional with great pricing and excellent customer service. I highly recommend Dry Tech."
"Was very helpful explaining how the type of sump pump I have and informed me on how it should work properly since I was unsure on how this style of a back up did. Was very quick to call get back to me with the questions I have. Was very nice and polite and provided me with great information"
"Shaun (sales) and the team were great to work with. Presentation of information was clear and discussion on options was very educational and easy. Communication was quick and the team did great work. We have no water in our basement after many days of rain and the musty smell is gone. Thank you!"
"Did a great job waterproofing my basement at a reasonable price. I wanted to wait to see what time would tell as my situation was seemingly unresolvable. We have a steady stream of groundwater coming from somewhere, either an underground spring or runoff from the neighbors or both, and it's been a big problem for years. The contractor that walled off the space was supposed to waterproof it but they evidently failed as water continued to trickle in. So I hired these guys based on reputation and price and other than a failed battery backup (which I had from a previous contractor), no issues. Basement is still dry two months later."
