"What’s wrong with your billing department? Since weeks I try to call you and ask for call backs to settle the invoice for my treatment and you guys just don’t come back to me. I left another voicemail this morning. Tell your billing department to call me and take my payment. This kind of follow up reflects a little my experience with you guys. There are great treatment centers in PA, just saying… Edit after your reply: Don’t tell me to call you, I tried all your phone lines for weeks without success, left voice mails, got callbacks promised, nothing. I think your CFO should be made aware of the mess in that billing department."

"While RCA Raritan moved quickly to pick up a family member for treatment. Once it treatment, communication between counselor and family is poor at best. Having had my loved one in treatment in the past, I know from experience that this is not the norm. Phone calls go ignored. When reached the counselor did not discuss patient's progress even though a release was signed. At best I got one word answers and was rushed off the phone. Also they work to keep patient in as long as insurance will allow without factoring in important circumstances such as the patient 's ability to maintain his job and housing because of a lengthy stay. There are certainly better rehabs out there that will work with the family as well and factor in other circumstances and outside support. This rehab has been quite a disappointment. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone. Treatment should be a positive experience. The patient's needs as a whole should be considered not just what their insurance will cover. Do not let location or convenience guide your recovery choices. I will always regret the decision to have my loved one seek treatment here."
