"Careful. This place only has a good overall star rating because the good reviews were all from Vein Clinics of America, prior to the takeover by USA Vein Clinics. I loved the way Vein Clinics of America was run. Beautifully run, great experience start to finish. Unfortunately, USA Vein Clinics came in like a wrecking ball. SO many doctors and staff straight up quit. They rescheduled me three times. Then I show up for an appt and they tell me that scheduling just apparently deleted my appointment that morning without telling me because they overbooked. Others in the waiting room had similar experiences. I waited 2 hours for the doc to look at my legs and then tell me I had to reschedule anyway because they didn’t have time to treat me as planned. It was insane. The lovely ultrasound techs who stayed after the transition were also having to run the front desk and were so overwhelmed. One started crying. They put so much on these lovely people and cut their pay and benefits dramatically as well. I can’t believe just how much the takeover destroyed what was once an absolutely great company with wonderful employees and just overall a wonderful experience. I stopped trying. I’m seeking to continue my treatments elsewhere. Beware. The new owner apparently is a tech guy and told the staff things that makes it sound like he absolutely does NOT care about healthcare or quality of service whatsoever. Just a money guy, and it shows. I was so appalled at my last visit. It was the biggest shitshow I had ever seen. I can’t even describe it. It was truly insane. I do NOT recommend"

"I sat 1 1/2 hours in the Rockville office and was never seen. I made an appointment in Columbia, Md. and waited 45 minutes. You overbook your patients. There was nothing wrong with the doctor but do not overbook. I am going to another vein clinic in my area from now on."

"I had a beautiful experience! Everyone was so pleasant! The doctor was attentive! The entire office was spotless! Everything was sanitized down to the clean and dirty pens. Oh, and fresh clean masks. Very sanitary. I felt valued, like they really cared for their patients."
