"I was told by Carrie last year that the dr was no longer in my network. I had been a patient there since 1998 and I didn’t want to change doctors so I said I would pay the $150 per visit. I had an appointment in November for which I paid $150. I needed paperwork done in early December for FMLA. I was told by Carrie that I would need to come into the office to have paperwork completed. When I did, I was charged another $150 when I had just seen the doctor less than a month prior. Since I felt this was unfair, I called my insurance to find another provider. I came to find out that the doctor was still in my network! I had been paying $150 per visit all along and my insurance was never billed at all in 2022. This has been a very unpleasant experience. I feel that Carrie takes advantage of vulnerable clients. This is very sad. Now i have to find another provider after over 25 years."

"The incompetence and unprofessionalism is unbearable with Carrie. Me and my husband have tried everything to get her to see she was not billing our insurance provider correctly. She would always tell me I owed money. I have a 15 dollar copay. If I owe more it's because it wasn't done correctly. I was told I couldn't see the doc until my balance was paid. It just happened recently. We called our provider and he told me Carrie billed the appointment twice in one day and we didn't owe anything but the copay. This has been a nightmare, constantly being told we owe money and lying about how it was billed. I have proof from my provider and they are going to send me documentation. But we can see the billing online also. But Carrie will continue to lie. I fear this is happening to other patients. Please someone with a brain stop this...... I was happy with Dr Naguit and Paula Popp, but I refuse to deal with Carrie."
