"i take my clothes to their other location which that place has seemed fine! never really had an issue beside the occasional longer wait. but today i witnessed someone bringing their dog into the shop by texas roadhouse… not a service dog or anything just an annoying man with an annoying dog. that’s so dirty & inappropriate ESPECIALLY for a place like this. super disappointed i don’t plan on continuing business with them. to each business their own, but when it comes to having other peoples clothes or making people things for their homes-people have severe allergies and expect clean items. it’s just incredibly unprofessional. even dog lovers can agree there’s a time and place and that’s not one of them."

"Arrived there today with a list of things I wanted to purchase, about $200+ worth (it has been a while since I've gone out fabric & notion shopping.) Not a single employee nor customer had a mask on other than myself. I shouldn't have been surprised, the signage about masks on the door let me know their thoughts. Decided not to spend my money there and left. On previous visits, they'd certainly not gone out of their way to provide friendly customer service but I'd been willing to overlook that..."
