"I was pleasantly surprised to learn that Galardi's did pickup and drop-off within the downtown area. After a year of using them, I have nothing but praise. Most of all I am impressed by how well they recently handled what had been a big challenge in the past with other cleaners. I do historical reenactment and recreation as a hobby including tailoring my own clothing. After two weeks of camping at the historical recreation society's largest annual event, which is not easy on the clothing; from the campfire smoke to the sweat from the summer heat. Galardi's assured me that they handled cleaning for the local theaters and that they would call if there were any questions. For the first time I didn't have to struggle to find a dry cleaner that would even accept this clothing and then go through the tedious process of explaining what the modern equivalent of each garment. There were no phone calls for clarification, and within 48 hours I had everything. Everything including hand sewn leather, brocades, and hand dyed silk was all clean and properly steamed/ironed as appropriate."
