"The owner intentionally steals people's money by not putting any notices on the broken machines. This way you put your money in and nothing happens. He is an arrogant jerk who is never wrong and keeps doing it. Then keeps your money for a broken machine. I will never go there again and I live a block away. Keep your money and go somewhere else."

"I give this place three stars because although the machines are fairly well kept and most of them work appropriately, the pricing on the machines here is absolutely ridiculous. The exact same company owns a second location, not even 2 miles away from this location. This location is in a worse neighborhood and the prices are much higher than they are at the second location, which is a far better neighborhood where it seems as though the cost is almost half…talk about keeping poor people, poor! There’s also no place to sit outside if one wishes to smoke a cigarette or speak on the phone and of the two or three outlets, I was able to find inside, only one of them worked….barely. I was reminded this evening evening of exactly why I never come to this location to wash clothes and was reminded as to why I will never return."

"They are often out of coins or supplies. It is a busy place but the owner seems not to care providing good service. Several times I brought laundry and could not do it because there was no coins. Total waste of my time. There is no customer service phone provided to call."

"Never had to use this laundromat before. It was kind of high pricing. Other than all those things, it eas not a overall bad experience to try washing clothes here. My washer and dryer broke and made me have to use a public laundry service, hopefully all goes well it gets fixed soon."
