"Zip dry cleaners was my go to place. It is very affordable and service was good too. In last couple of years, they have closed early most of the days, which was very inconvenient. Now, my deal breaker was them spoiling my husband’s two brand new expensive shirts with some kind of black oil. After I complained, they still couldn’t not take it out. I am very disappointed and switching to a different dry cleaners place."
"If I could give 10 stars I would! Let me explain! My teenage son unknowingly had a water bottle spill in his marching band bag which after a long weekend grew mold! I tried every home remedy I could find on Google. I was told it would cost $600 to replace the uniform if I could not get it cleaned. I tried ZIPS for the first time and let me just say I had to give Cheryl a hug. She got the stains out completely! She was amazing to speak with and understands how irresponsible teens can be and how upsetting it would be as a parent to have to shell out that kind of money (right before the holidays). "AirBNB sheets & towels superstars! I've tried multiple places in Pittsburgh to wash my linens for my short term rental properties. This is the first place that actually gets them clean AND folds them in a way that makes sense. I asked them to match up the fitted with the flat sheets and Cheryl, the owner, worked with her staff to make sheet 'tacos' out of them with the fitted sheets tucked into the flat. This makes it significantly quicker for my cleaners to make beds. Take your linens to Zips, you won't be disappointed!"
"Went for the first time last week and when I received my 3 white button downs, they all had black marks on them and were dirtier then when I dropped them off. Suit was Gray, hard to tell how dirty it actually is. But the white shirts have black line marks on them. Pretty much lost money and some shirts."
"Destroyed one of my shirts and repeatedly blamed me as this “never happens”. This is after ducking my calls repeatedly. I don’t know how you could destroy the wrist area of a dress shirt in a four-way split, but according to these people it “came in that way”. This was a $70 Tommy Hilfiger shirt. Managers solution was an “unheard of” $25” store gift card with no guarantees for future damages. No thanks, I won’t be returning."
