"When I say that I'm happy with a service, I mean I'm absolutely *GRATEFUL* to Eric and Renaissance Electric for ending my urgency of trying to find someone...ANYONE...to restore power to my A/C unit. Long story short, the outside disconnect box to my A/C unit crapped out yesterday...right before my two sons are graduating from college on Friday! We had a family gathering planned, but with hot weather in the forecast, plans have to be changed, pets have to be relocated, and general anxiety (and discomfort) is growing! "I contacted Renaissance Electric regarding an issue with a circuit. Eric took my call and was extremely helpful over the phone. He explained to me that they were extremely busy and booked nearly 3 weeks out. He asked a co-worker named Adam if he could come to our residence after he finished a 12 hour shift. Adam was kind enough to say he would. Adam arrived as he promised. He too was personable and accommodating. He told us that the work that needed to be done was a larger project than could be done that evening. He asked me to contact Eric again to schedule the project. Eric was kind enough to waive the initial service visit fee and scheduled us for the repair work. As promised, Eric and Adam showed up on time, diagnosed and fixed the problem within 2 hours.
