"The Opal Group is a great place to advance your career. A typical day at work is an eight hour work day balanced with client work, internal work, meetings, self development time, some breaks and some social time. I learned a lot about being a manager and the CPG industry. I had a very good relationship with management and team. Workplace culture is very good. Although, I did not work remotely. I worked in the office. The hardest part about the job was dealing with unforeseen supply chain issues related to client imports (ocean freight, air freight, customs clearance, etc.). The most enjoyable part of the job is the education. If you're looking to advance your career and grow, this is the perfect place. I had the opportunities to work numerous positions and manage numerous activities which helped me grow. Pros Flexible schedule, flexible PTO, fun clients, opportunities to travel and to strengthen your resume. Cons Some clients and projects can be tough."
