"I normally do not leave reviews but I assure everyone that Dr Kumar is the most amazing Dr I have ever known...(I have been a nurse for over 30 yes ,have a mother who just endured a kidney transplant & have visited and been treated by tons of drs over my life) Dr Kumar personally called me after I left a VM frantically after leaving another er(from nonstop vomiting and needing fluids) they recommended I see a specialist and provided me a list of many GI specialists..needless to say none could see me for almost 2 months..on a Fri evening Dr Kumar called me (and had never treated me before) ..I was upset,nervous,frustrated and he spoke to me for nearly 40 minutes! I have NEVER met a Dr that was so compassionate -and I was not even his patient! He was even worried that his office may be too far for me to travel! After he calmed me down on the phone(I was in shock actually that a Dr took the time he did for a person who was not his patient!) I realized I would drive ANYWHERE to see him so I again called him and once again he personally called and was able to see me the next morning....this could have went either way....but let me say Dr Kumar is an extremely caring,compassionate, thorough Dr who apparently cares about people and the reason he became a Dr...It's kinda corny to say what I am saying but I swear he is a FANTASTIC Dr and human being...it is not common today to find a Dr that is as Wonderful as he is!!! As far as my health ..we will see but I can tell you that if it was not for Dr Kumar I probably would be in a rubber room if not dead by now bc I could not imagine waiting 2 months! I RECOMMEND ANYONE NEEDING A GI SPECIALIST TO SEE Dr Kumar ...he is a gem that in today's world is almost impossible to find!!!"
