"Amazing how quickly a stray tiny little dog from the pound eased his way into our hearts. In May our dog had to be put down due to kidney failure and complications of diabetes. He was elderly and sick. After our dog had died, we went to bring him home, he had been misplaced! After the horrible experience of losing him, our hearts were once again broken by carelessness. Two "office managers" gave canned responses of apologies read from a play book to save reputations. I have spent many hours missing my friend, as where it was just another case that didn't affect them. I was told there would be no charge, and the check wouldn't be cashed. This was also untrue. For us, we would have paid anything. Money wasn't the issue, but the check was quickly cashed anyway. We will always have beautiful memories of him while you enjoy your money. Losing a family member hurts. An experience etched into our minds and hearts never to be relieved, as forgotten by you. Try to remember this."
