"First off I don’t usually give reviews but am so impressed with Rob! On the warmest day of the year 99 degrees out, An elderly friend of mine called me and said her home was 85 degrees inside that the Air conditioner was not working. After I made sure she was ok, I googled heating and cooling.. I started calling a few companies, I explained her situation, know one would or could come out. One company actually said unless I was a current customer, they would not help. I seen a review for Robs heating and cooling, it was a very nice review, so I called him, he answered! I was worried Because by now it was getting late, He was so polite and concerned when I told him that she is elderly and explained she had no a/c . He immediately asked for her address and said he would be out within the hour as he was Finishing up a job!! He did not mind and Was so kind!
