"These people are so very nice!!! My engagement ring had a bent prong (I was so afraid I was going to lose my stone). I went to a big name jeweler,I won't say their name, but they quoted me $140 and it would take 3 weeks. I decided to try Goldsmiths. They fixed it and cleaned it all in about 10 minutes.
