"This was my worst experience ever since I have been a resident of high point NC. I was asked to sit at a desk away from the rep taking my info. She had a mask on. I asked if she wanted me to put one on. "Her reply it's up to you" Also told I had to have original pay stubs. My paystubs are online to be printed or emailed or downloaded. I was just shown the door after 20 minutes of providing much of my personal information. I only wanted help printing my info. I already had a account and file created on line with a specialist named Brianna"
