"Called for a quote and they acted like I was broke because I asked for pricing. Gimme a break."

"If I could give them zero stars I would. My father had to cancel his appointment with this business and gave a 24 hour notice. They did "pre-trip" work the day before and charged him for doing so (not the customer's fault if they did work the DAY BEFORE the appointment). He called my father and offered to discount the work but not before belittling him and chastising him for a good 15 minutes stating that 'No one works for free". My father couldn't get a word in edgewise with him but he was very rude and spoke to my dad like trash. My dad wrote a check for the full fee and we will not be using them ever again. What a way to treat a veteran."

Recommendations, and quality service are essential for your business and I will not contribute sending future customers as well as my business when I need an appraisal on my home purchase."
