"I recently suffered a tragic accident. It was followed by many dark days. Today I experienced a ray of light in the form of rig #7209. My trip to AGH at 1145am on 6-15-22 was very good ! The rig was clean the AC was cold and the crew was A1. They were professional, personable , and proficient. When I need another ride I hope it's with the same type crew , thanks for the miles and smiles #7209."

"Rarely have an ambulance available in their jurisdiction and you have to wait for other ambulance services from further distances. They have horrible attitudes because you called for an ambulance. They complain when you've called them and there's snow on the ground (maybe an inch). Then they get mad when you tell them which hospital you want to go to. Question you why you can't go by private vehicle. They have the worst bedside manner that I have ever seen. You're better off to wait for the ambulance services from another community."

"Extremely quick response! All of the men on scene were very knowledge, intelligent, respectful, personable and had great senses of humor! This was the first time calling them and I wouldn't hesitate to call again for any emergent need! Won't use any other emergency service after our experience! Great job guys!"

"Horrible ambulance service. My mother called this buisness to get transportation for my grandmother. We explained that she cannot do stairs and needs assisstance. They didn't even send an ambulance for her they sent a van! The driver couldn't get to the door because it required him to go through the yard, which was explained that he would have to do. My mother had to do all the work and use her own truck to get my grandmother down to the van. Then when they got to the house the van driver did not even try to assist my grandmother. She had to try and walk on her own with a walker. She had been in rehab because she couldn't walk! He asked for payment so we refused because what help was he! They then called us and threatened they were going to send the police after us for payment. We regretfully paid them. We are calling the Better Buisness Bureau and talking to a lawyer. Do NOT use this service."

"Absolutely terrible. My mother was taken from rehab to a hospital in 100 degree weather with no air conditioning. Received the bill for service, complained about the ride...they didn't care. We paid the bill. Now they are harassing her for non payment. We had to mail them a copy of the canceled check...not our problem they can't find it!!!"
