"Do not try to contact this company since they will not return your calls. They do not care about their tenants or the neighbors around them. This company doesn’t give their tenants lids to the trash cans so pests can get in them at night. Which leads to trash in the yard and on the road that doesn’t get cleaned up. The Avalon borough knows and won’t even write them a letter since it will go unnoticed. The local authorities had to get involved. Also, if your ceiling falls in, they won’t replace it for months or until you move out."

"I am on my second lease with this company and couldn’t be happier with the way they run things. They were kind enough to extend my previous lease a few months to provide the time to find another place. Sam, Ryan, and Zach do a real nice job looking out for their clients. Maintenance requests are filled swiftly, and they offer competitive rates for rent. Just pay rent on time and you won’t have any issues."

"I'm not sure what Red Key manages other than the neglect of their properties and tenants. I've not once been able to get anyone from the office to answer my calls and less than 40% of my calls have been returned. I've had to use my professional emails to get a response - as they would not respond to my personal emails. They do not maintain the property - I had to ask for the outside of the house to be maintained the entire time they've been managing (which is not the tenant's responsibility.) They've canceled all of my maintenance quests, stating that they are not responsible for the maintenance or repair of items that are clearly stated as landlord responsibility in my leasing documents. As a renter, do yourself a favor and stay far way from any property Red Key is managing. -Coming from an experienced Realtor and Property Manager."
