"Don’t know where to post this but ridiculous had a package where would be delivered between 1-5pm got delivered at 10:45am .Cant even pick up the package definitely will not use UPS for any services after this.Also get rid of the stupid robots when trying to talk to a representative. 7/6 SAYS ATTEMPTED AGAIN. When it would be DELIVERED MONDAY I AM SO FED UP WITH THIS COMPANY"
"Had the absolute worst delivery experience ever with boardman UPS. When a package was being sent to my home instead of business by mistake of sender, we were on our ring camera & asked the delivery driver to please leave it which he refused to do. Even though we’ve NEVER had an issue with them leaving packages on our front porch without signing before. We have left a note on our door with signature more times than I can remember with not a single issue. We were a hour from home for business for the duration of the weekend and would not be home when they would be returning to attempt to deliver so we didn’t want our packages to get sent back. Was told by UPS distribution that we needed to create an account on the app and sign electronically or have the sender ask to hold at the store for us to pick up. The app kept crashing and making me change my password, but I got through and signed for them electronically. Was told yet again this was still not good enough & we had to physically be there in person to sign for them. So we were assured by boardman UPS our package would be there at their UPS store and to meet them at 8:30 IN THE MORNING ON A SATURDAY to get our packages. My fiancé shows up after driving an hour to get there just to be told they had no idea what he was talking about and had to wait there a half hour while they tracked down what truck they put them on. What a complete and total nightmare that I hope to never have to deal with ever again."
"Package has been at Boardman Facility for days with no movement, I am 10 minutes from the location and it appears that I will have to wait days longer for my package which is ridiculous. Additionally, customer service doesn’t care at all saying things like, “it’s just a couple of daysor ,” except i placed my order on the 8th so it’s been a long time (granted not all blame for the initial slow down is on ups, the sender has blame too), but UPS doesn’t care about anything they do to customers, they literally are waiting until the last bbc gpossible delivery estimate before they do anything with my package, i suspect they will cause my package to be delivered daysfate if they deliver it at all. Furthermore, the customer service people through the 800 number blantantly lie with total disregard for for how those lies affect the customer. Bar none, UPS ranks as one of the worst shipping companies around."

They LIE ABOUT DELIVERY THEN HAVE THE NERVE TO TAKE PACKAGES TO ACCESS POINT LOCATIONS WITHOUT THE CUSTOMERS APPROVAL THE ONLY REASON THEY HAVE BEEN DOING THAT IS BECAUSE THEY ARE TRYING TO GET CUSTOMERS TO PAY FOR THEIR MY CHOICE.
