Farmers National Bank

"Received a money order from this bank back in December. Sent it to Ohio Edison. They said they never received it and blah blah that I would need to go to the bank to see if THEY ( Ohio Edison) cashed it, which made no sense! Wouldn't you know if you received my payment?! Anyway went to farmers to see of they could track it with the little part you keep. Not one person there knew how to find out if it was ever cashed! Multiple employees and no one knew how to use their own system to check on Their Own Money order! So someone was supposed to call me back but never did and I can't get u anyone to help! So I've been ripped $150 and almost had my electric tured off because of them and Ohio edison! Never get a money order from them cus they won't help you if it's lost or cashed!"

"Not looking forward to unreasonable fees of minimum $500. balances to avoid monthly fees on all accounts. Not able to regularly maintain $500., especially on checking accts.., and living on social security. New policy is just oportunistic greed. Time to change banks."

"The customer service is at the bottom. I received my monthly payment notice late and therefore my payment got in late. No consideration was given! They refused to remove the late charge. It was the first late payment at that! No business from me in the future. I would give them no star if I could."

"Awful experience with communication and a loan through them. Autopayment system is a joke and ends annually with NO notification. Super on top of reporting a late payment from this to credit unions though even upon explaining the late payment was due to my autopayment ending unbeknownst to me.....and never had a late payment prior. Wrote letters, emailed and no response let alone attempt to resolve."
