"Do not use this company for any service needs. They had my tractor for over a month and returned it without all requested repairs. Charged me over $600 for a bearing and maintenance. Didn't even clean the tractor. Pieces feel off when I lifted the hood."
"Called 4 times a month into a tool fix. All during biz hours, and 3 voice messages asking about puck-up or updates, never calls returned. Finally on a 4th call someone actually answered. Pretty bad comms....sure hope the tool fix is better as I'd rather not do that phone call to a black hole dance again over weeks."
"I could not be happier with the service here… I did not know a lot about snow blowers and the staff guided me. First to a two stage, but as that was too hard to handle, I ended up with a one stage electric. Justin who helped, John the manager, I can’t thank you enough for your service. It’s hard to be a woman , without the knowledge I need to make this purchase. thank you for making me feel so comfortable as I bought the snow blower."
"I would not take it to Dobosh. Very poor customer service. I purchased a mower there (thinking I am helping out a local business) The very next summer I go back because it would not start. I already knew it was the brake cable. (This is the cable that is connected to the handle you have to hold when your cutting and you let go when you want the mower to stop.) I told them it's only 10 months old and it needs a new brake cable. I had a parts and labor warranty. Right??? Wrong!!!! They came up with every excuse and then said well if you want us to look at it you have to put $50 deposit down on it. If its covered you get your money back. Well it took them 3 weeks to look at it and then they said it was the cable and then kept the $50. I argued until I was blue in the face. They said if you want a better value you can do the tune up and full cleaning for $99 and get everything. After feeling cheated every which way, I thought maybe I would feel better that I got something for my money, so I agreed. I come back 3 days later the price is now $129.99. I argued again and again and again. I said we discussed $99. Why is it $130 now. I was so tired of going in circles that I gave up. I finally paid and what do theydo??? Bring the mower out and it was never even pressure washed like they said they were going to do. Buyer beware."
"I would not use this company. I took a chainsaw there that started fine but after I turned it off it had to cool down to start again. They told me 1 week to give me a call it was 3 weeks and I had to call them. They told me they couldn't start the saw and it was over $200 to fix it including an air filter I bought from them previous to running the saw twice. I honestly don't think they even looked at the saw but tried to sell me a new one and took my $50 deposit. The saw is old but would start when I took it there. BUYER BEWARE. When I picked up my saw they gave it back to me in pieces disassembled in a plastic grocery bag. They should be ashamed of themselves. I payed you $53.50 to look at it at least put it back togethor."
