### Accepting New Patients

We are excited to welcome new patients and offer same-day appointments for your convenience. To schedule or cancel an appointment with our primary care practice, please call us in advance.

### Your Visit

Don’t be intimidated by our campus address! Our clinic is easily accessible and offers ample, free parking. Upon arrival, you and your pet will be greeted by our friendly customer liaisons who will assist with registration and guide you to an exam room. A graduating veterinary student will then discuss your pet's history and the reason for your visit, serving as your pet's care team lead. They are supported by a faculty clinician, registered veterinary technicians, and veterinary assistants.

While our facility is new, our dedication to providing full-spectrum care has always been a cornerstone of our community practice. Our innovative approach allows graduating students to gain real-time experience as care leads, under the watchful eye of faculty coaches. This ensures that your pet receives the best possible care while contributing to the education of future veterinarians.

### Diagnostic and Treatment Facilities

All initial diagnostic testing is performed on-site. Our clinic is equipped with:

- Anesthesia Services

- Surgical and Dental Suites

Should your pet require specialized care, we will facilitate a referral to the appropriate service within Ohio State's Veterinary Medical Center and assist with appointment setting.

### Teaching Facility

As a teaching facility, all our exam rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art audio and visual equipment. Faculty clinicians can observe graduating veterinary students through two-way mirrors, ensuring high-quality training and care. Recordings of visits are used for educational purposes with your permission.

The Frank Stanton Veterinary Spectrum of Care Clinic provides a hands-on, real-world working environment for senior veterinary students. These students, upon receiving their Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree, will have developed the skills and awareness needed to provide veterinary care across a broad socioeconomic continuum.

Frank Stanton, born in Muskegon, Michigan, on March 20, 1908, was a significant figure in mass-media innovation and served as the president of CBS from 1946 to 1971. An avid dog lover, his legacy continues through our clinic, reflecting his commitment to excellence and innovation.
