"I was hoping to give them a great review because they seemed like nice people. Turns out this is just a second job to them and no one is watching the kennel and dogs during most of the day. If your flight is changed and you’re running even a half hour early and try to pick your dog up before the 5:00 “pick up time” or if you hit traffic and are running 15 minutes late, they will give you issues or hold your dog hostage. Very disappointed."
